I like having friends on and offline. Gives me leeway to hang out with the respective ones that annoy me less at the time. 

NOw though that most of my offline friends have become busy with their lives as I have mine, I have to stay with the online crowds and… it’s something.

Have to hang out in different groups to accommodate varying interests, some are touchy, others are timezoned…

Ugh, Honestly I hate making friends online. It’s so impersonal. Can;t really connect with anyone, save a few people I met when I first got on Tumblr, whom I still talk to today.

I feel like whoever I meet online I can only relate to on one thing and it sucks, can’t really just chat with someone about anything like I feel I would be able to IRL.

Feels all business-centered. The “get to the point” motif in every chat.

Feels like a waste babbling on with people online only because it lacks that connection. Maybe I’d do better with some of these people if I actually knew them. Maybe not and I wouldn’t speak to them because we only got together on one thing.

Eh.
